Owners comments and boat history
- Many lovely years were spent on board. Beautiful sailing and a comfortable boat.
- From the moment we put Beyla into the water, we were cruising. We comfortably lived for three years in the Caribbean on her.
- Beyla offered plenty of room for two people and a cat. However, on many occasions, we housed up to five.
- We opted to do about $50,000 worth of upgrades. We found a composting toilet to be much more convenient than having a holding tank considering regulations around dumping and the water maker was a lifesaver.
- Many people say the island packet does not sail fast, but she sales steady. There were many storms and many times we counted our blessings for having such a great boat! This boat was made to sail oceans.
