Built by the troubled company Charter Cats in South Africa. The company went into liquidation and the original owner took the boat away from the yard and had this boat completed by the employees of the defunct company, who made a superb job of completing the boat to a high standard.

The South Africans are well known for building strong cruising catamarans capable of sailing in South African waters, where if they can cut it there they can cut it anywhere!
