Production started in 1993 under the management of Pat Reischmann with the Manta 38 under contract with Endeavour Yachts in Largo, Florida.  Production continue their with 40 and 42 foot design introduced.  Manta opened their own yard in 2001 in Sarasota, Florida.  Multiple versions of the 42 were built as well as a 44 foot power boat developed in 2007.
