Then in 2002, Dufour did not want to make catamarans anymore, and Bruno Voisard, knowing well the Dufour catamarans for having managed a charter company in the French West Indies, took over Nautitech in September 2002 to develop the range with the idea of making rental boats with an owner's spirit and above all, very seaworthy boats, slim and fast.\r\n\r\nNautitech was bought by Bavaria in 2014 following financial difficulties, and then sold again in 2018 to a private equity firm, Capital Management Partners, due to financial difficulties at Bavaria Group.
